All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Given that we use 3rd party mail and shipping services (ie, UPS, FedEx) the delivery can be impacted by volume or destination.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Our rates for delivery inside the United States are listed when you place your order. In some cases, we require purchase of 2 or more units to spread the shipping cost over multiple items.
If you wish to pick an item up, please contact us to ensure we have it in inventory. Many of our items can be provided free of shipping cost if picked up. Some of our items are warehoused at our vendor locations and will need to be shipped, regardless.
We offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Our shipping costs are listed on the order form but we require you contact us to ensure delivery data and availability to your location.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. A Better World Starts With Me is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We recommend not shipping to a P.O. Box. Often, shipping companies have trouble delivering to P.O. Boxes. We do not take responsibility for delivery problems if you ask your product to be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns of unopened items that have not been used and are in their original condition, for up to 15 days after delivery. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
